Dancing Earth has a long hstory of mutual inspiration and collaboration with painters, photographers, writrs, and poets ..
In June , cultural movement artist luminaries gather from Dancing Earth’s constellation,
bringing their stories in their bones and breath,
from lineages of Micronesia, Lakota, Maori, Purhepecha , Peru, Moroccan , Azteca , Scandinavia ,
for a few days of EBB to connect with land,
then FLOW collaborative creation of contemporary rituals that make embodied offerings to ground directly below each artist , as part of organic migration patterns , calling in ancestral and futuristic to the multi sensory present with ofrendas and processions
then WATERMARK imprint : spanning ephemeral to lasting with embrace of creative archives of all that body intuition can awaken..
WE INVITE LOCAL WRITERS, PAINTERS, PHOTOGRAPHERS who ae feeling moved to help us expand our art practrice that exisst in the moment,
with sketches of rehearsal,
interviews or article about the process or the intention of the performance rituals ,
or the chance to photograph bodies in motion, and to bring forward the creative story of an individual artist ,

an embodied collective response to Venice Biennale’s “ ‘In Minor Keys’ …
an invitation to “tune into the subtler emotional frequencies made possible by the arts”
to provide “a radical reconnection with art’s natural habitat and role in society,”
that of “the sensory, the effective, the subjective”
to platform artistic practices that are “generative and generous, that invite collaboration, alchemize, and radiate back to the ways
that we are human together:

“intimate and convivial universes that refresh and sustain even in terrible times.”
