ROOT RETREAT

ROOT retreat is four days of gentle movement and restorative creative practice, rooted in experiencing land. By flowing, attuning and listening with all our senses, we become part of a reciprocal ecosystem.

We move slowly through eco-somatic practices, learning from Dancing Earth guest artists, with space for journaling, dreaming, recharging, and time to experience the land.
