Join Dancing Earth for an outdoor community workshop and sharing of their work-in-progress.
Following a 3-day land exploration retreat, artist-facilitators from Dancing Earth’s Eco Artivism cohort lead a site-responsive session rooted in respect for land stewardship, elemental body memory, and collective creative action. All are welcome — no dance experience necessary.
Eco-Somatic Movement — guided outdoor practices bridging contemporary dance and land stewardship (11 – 12:30)
Work-in-Progress Showing — a share of Dancing Earth’s 3-day land-based exploration: experiential movement, and how we listen to and honor the local landscape (12:45 – 1:15)
Community Sharing — an open circle for Q+A reflection, movement, and collective creative sourcing. (1:15) Optional potluck & informal gathering. Bring something to share if you'd like, and stay to connect with us further. (1:30 on)
This is a free offering, with opportunities to contribute to Dancing Earth if you choose. To reserve your spot email moonlightfarm2040@gmail.com Directions to Moonlight Farm and a list of what to bring for the workshop will follow.
