What Is Ebb?

Gentle movement,
land, breath, and belonging

Movement as medicine. Body as earth. Earth as body.

Something is calling you back to your body.

You don't need to know what to call it. You don't need grace, athleticism, or expertise — just curiosity, an open heart, and a quiet readiness to arrive. To replenish, renew, reflect, and re-story. To feel more alive — in your body, in your life, in what feels possible.

Ebb is gentle movement, land, breath, and belonging. Housed on a beautiful campus in the heart of Ogáa Po'ogéh, surrounded by open space, art, and architecture, we enter slowly and with intention — welcomed by local community circle and eco-cultural wisdom keepers, held by the high desert light of early June.

From June 1 through June 5 we move through eco-somatic practices, land dance, multi-sensory exploration, and cross-cultural exchange — arriving more fully in yourself, so you can arrive more fully in the world. Your bed is waiting. A delicious meal. Brilliant sunsets. The shade of tree branches in the high desert. You arrive, you land, you move.

This is Dancing Earth from the inside — lifetimes of experience, intuition, and imagination, offered gently, from June 1 through June 5. Open to anyone called.
