Earth Body offers a gentle flow of movement arts that is both relaxing and invigorating, connecting inner dreamscape to outer landscape through eco-somatic embodiment practices. No dance background is necessary and all levels of experience will enjoy deepening the purpose of movement. Those acquainted with yoga, strttch/strength, tai chi, or breathwork will be nourished by EARTH BODY’s unique poetic expression.

Creatrix, dancer, dreamvisioner, and Dancing Earth’s Founding Artistic Director/ Choreographer, Rulan Tangen has evolved decades of movement practice into ecosomatic forms that experience body as earth: reconnecting to a sense of place through imagination, intuition, memory and multi-sensory listening. Rulan works collaboratively with community creatives, cultivating a movement language as an evolving intercultural expression, rooted in body as the source of knowing, and vessel for transformation.
