theme: TOWARDS EQUINOX BALANCE…
EARTH BODY: Movement for All brings eco-somatic movement to a secret sound temple in Santa Fe!
EARTH BODY invites movement for all - movement as medicine , meditation in motion. Close to equinox, we will experience balance in the body . With a gentle yet dynamic flow of energy through movement, together we will invoke earth as body and body as earth - to restore and re-story, to connect the inner dreamscape to the outer landscape through eco-somatic embodiment practices that reflect the season, in place and time.
With EARTH BODY, a community of all ages, backgrounds, and capacities can collectively sense ourselves within place, deepening connection and compassion with ourselves, each other, and the worlds of the organic, mythic, cosmic, and invisible. This is movement as medicine: relaxing and invigorating - for all ages, bodies, and backgrounds - a gentle, intentional embodiment of the body as earth and the earth as body.
